Bye bye 👋

You don't understand any of this, and you type like a second grader.

Consider this discussion over. My time is more valuable than what you have to offer.
December 3, 2024 at 2:22 AM
Buddy, you simply don't understand how any of this works.
December 3, 2024 at 2:21 AM
They did everything possible to educate you. You didn't pay attention.

If you sleep through classes for an entire semester and fail the exam, that's entirely your own fault.

I guess you didn't quite understand my implications.
December 3, 2024 at 2:19 AM
I never claimed there's a solution to ignorance. I'm simply explaining the problem to you.

If there was a solution, the political strategists who have devoted their lives to studying this probably would have figured it out by now.
December 3, 2024 at 2:18 AM
If someone believes 2+2=5, that's their own fault. It's not math's fault. There's an abundance of resources to tell you the correct answer to 2+2.

Hopefully you can interpret the implications.
December 3, 2024 at 2:10 AM
I've already figured out the problem. You just have to look in a mirror, and you'll see it too.

(In case it wasn't clear, I don't mean your one single protest vote. I mean the 7 million people like you with a blatantly flawed and irrational mindset)
December 3, 2024 at 2:08 AM
Your profile shows you were a Bernie supporter. That's why it was relevant.

He was also my preferred choice, and my favorite politician of all time. It's a very short list.

Our views are similar, the difference is I accepted reality and navigated it in a rational and thoughtful manner.
December 3, 2024 at 2:05 AM
By wasting my time on Bluesky trying to explain how reality works to them 😏
December 3, 2024 at 1:54 AM
I don't know how else to phrase it.

You're ignoring reality. Sitting out to protest in 2016 didn't get you Bernie in 2020. It didn't get you Bernie in 2024. It got you the worst president in history, twice.

"In the pursuit of greatness, we failed to do good". That's you. Ponder on that.
December 3, 2024 at 1:51 AM
Most voters are dumb though.

The difference is, dumb republicans still vote. Dumb democrats sit at home to protest the 1% of the policies they disagree with instead of voting for the 99% of policies they agree with.

Accept that fact and perhaps we can have a meaningful discussion.
December 3, 2024 at 1:42 AM
(continued)

You can either accept reality and vote as a form of harm reduction, or you can deny reality with your protest. How did your protest non-vote work out in 2016? Did anything change?

There are two imperfect parties. That's it. One is purely bad and one at least does some good.
December 3, 2024 at 1:38 AM
I've voted enthusiastically for the democrat party every time I've voted, and I haven't sat out to protest like an infant.

You're not getting your perfect candidate. That's just not reality. Sitting out 2024 doesn't get you Bernie in 2028. It gets you four years of unnecessary hardship.
December 3, 2024 at 1:35 AM
You don't comprehend the discussion, but nice try...I guess?

I "hate" (to use your term) that blanket tariffs don't work and will cause more inflation. His supporters don't "love" him for that reason. His supporters are too dumb to understand tariffs.
December 3, 2024 at 1:28 AM
Same. It's like the ice cream store ran out of sprinkles, so they decided to eat a pile of dog shit instead of plain vanilla.
December 3, 2024 at 1:15 AM
Absolutely. I guess my point is that right wing voters show up to vote no matter how bad their candidate is. Meanwhile Democrat voters come up with dozens of reasons to sit out and protest if their candidate isn't flawless.

Often it's better to hold your nose and pick the lesser of two evils.
December 3, 2024 at 1:07 AM
Most people hardly understand politics, let alone global politics.

It's sad that democrats lost due to a significant number of people trying to "send a message" with nuanced, yet horribly misguided and irrational ideas. Meanwhile trump can do literally anything and the morons vote for him.
December 3, 2024 at 12:09 AM
Exactly. Global inflation has been cooling and the current administration pulled off the soft landing everyone doubted.

All the next administration has to do is literally nothing and they'll look competent. Instead, we'll get a new wave of inflation caused by stupidity rather than global issues.
November 29, 2024 at 1:06 AM
Maybe they should have put something like, "and other iconic Mexican products" in the title then.

Oh wait.

They did.
November 29, 2024 at 12:55 AM
It's ok if you don't understand how the world works, but perhaps try to not be so loud about your confusion. Enjoy the block
November 29, 2024 at 12:50 AM
A recent study (large sample size) found around 55% of American adults read at or below a sixth grade level.

Separately, but related, nearly 90% of trump supporters couldn't explain what a tarrif is.

I've already answered your question, but to be explicitly clear - yes, voters are very stupid.
November 29, 2024 at 12:41 AM
Yeah. Politics is being tricked into believing trickle down economics will eventually work. Morality (or lack of) is willingly voting for a felon with a history of sexual abuse, bankruptcy, and election interference.
November 28, 2024 at 9:47 PM
It's amazing how this is all being done out in the open, completely transparent, and yet so many people are still being manipulated by foreign propaganda.

It's like failing an open book test because you decided to bring your own book titled "Wrong Answers Only"
