This year, I wrote no research paper (a few presentations at confs though). Managed projects in public sectors, manufacturing, and retail, learning a lot. I notice I can no longer name me as a researcher. With some experience outside the lab, I feel I can think something called strategy.

もう一つ引っかかった、地方の仕事の仕方は国とは違う、という発言。地方は温いからと言わんばかりの発言だけど、総務自治出身でその発言はどうなんかねとは思った。

自分はやや遅れた世代ではあるが、氷河期世代の可哀想さは現実としてあって、非正規が多いのもあるし、結婚できなかったもあるし、その中でエリート層だっていい思いしてたというより、今から見ると驚くほど若手の人間性軽視の組織文化の犠牲者としてモンスター化してる人も少なくない気がする。時代の不条理だとして納得して期待しなければいいんだけどね。

probably 10000+ times told, but I should accept the reality that we need AI to communicate with each other. I read papers through chatgpt's translation, summarization, and QA, also use them to write emails, papers.

キャリアってわらしべ長者みたいな世界だよな。仕事しないとスキルは上がらないけど仕事するためにスキルもってないとダメで。未経験のときに持ってるものって若さとか学歴か社歴(別業界)しかなくてそれと引き換えに仕事するってのがスタートライン
