Question. If trump should die from all the McBurgers and fries he consumes, what do we really know about Vance? Yes he parrots trump’s talking points but will he be better or worse if he should step into the Oval Office? (Sorry gagged a bit there)

Sitting here in almost darkness, with 1/4” of ice and wind with electricity out. Getting cold in the house. Plenty of blankets, but hopefully come back on soon. SE Missouri with more ice and wind expected. Thankfully I love to read!

I have taken several days of not watching political news on tv, my 17 year old grandson suggested this to watch something else. So, The Six Triple Eight was fantastic well worth watching. Leave the World Behind is one movie to watch with today’s political climate is thought provoking.

How the hell did we get here? Make it make sense. I have tried… my grandsons go to school wondering if they will come home safe. When I went to school I worried about the next test, not the next mass shooting. Please help me make sense of all this.

With the government being packed with criminals, and many governments around the world, not allowing people with a criminal conviction to enter. So how is that going to work? Do they have diplomatic immunity?

I don’t know if this will reach anybody but I have a serious question. Since the GOP want a national ban on abortion, and abolish LGBTQ+ rights including marriage, who is going to adopt all the forced birth babies? I am 70 years old, I remember the fight for equal rights for women.
