I don't know who builds the Etisalat website but it is routinely one of the SHITTEST websites I deal with. They spam you every day to update your documents - website doesn't work, app doesn't work.
Call them to try and work it out? God help you, you're never gonna speak to a human.

Good luck to Cafu charging a service delivery fee. Great service but the hook was always matching the cost at the pump. Business will be dead inside 12 months, imo.

Agree its tricky, for sure. The difference is that there never ended up really being much evidence for tv/radio/video games having short or long term issues. Phone/social media? Heaps. This is one anecdote, but it rings true across the board.
