The CMHC just revised their housing start forecasts, and they show starts falling through 2027 (and prices rising substantially after 2025).

I would add: Cities have underused infrastructure in existing neighbourhoods. THAT is where new housing should go. Instead, the DC system means cities push people into sprawl and brownfields.
