Having grown up in factory working family, and having worked in factories, I worry that MAGA elites are romanticizing manufacturing jobs. These folks never worked on a factory floor. My parents worked their asses off so I could get out of the factory.

Pardon power is a vestige of monarchy, disgrace to the justice system. In its current use, it has the potential to unleash horrible political violence with little fear of legal repercussions. It will be the most powerful legal tool in the hands of an authoritarian aspiring for a one-party state.
