This logic is phenomenal. You can't trust the Chinese because they'll lie to protect their kin. That's why you need a witness of another race. And for some reason that race has to be white. Also this problem never comes up if a white person is being questioned, since they won't lie for each other.

He's suing under New York's Civil Practice Law Article 78, whose text states it does not apply to the matters in the image. Even if the exception in there lets him challenge the gag order, I'm not sure why that would delay the trial.

This is not even a *new* stupid argument. SCOTUS disposed of it over 200 years ago. Later in the same case, they point out that the obvious effect letting a state seize control of property used for a given purpose, is to discourage anyone from ever allowing their property to be used for that purpose
