I love teaching, and research healthcare.
Big crowds showed up to #NoKings in Atlanta.

The egg shortage is so bad that a repair shop is offering a free egg when you get at least $200 of services.

Trying to finish up my annual report today. This is all I can think...

This is beyond infuriating and terrifying.

The Trump administration admits sending a totally innocent father to El Salvador. And worse than that they claim to be unable to get him back

THIS IS WHY SENDING PRISONERS TO ANOTHER COUNTRY IS HORRIBLE!

"No system of ordered liberty can allow the Government to use the carrot of dismissing charges, or the stick of threatening to bring them again, to induce an elected official to support its policy
objectives."

I'm totally for getting rid of defense waste, but Congress has the power of the purse. Just because Congress isn't doing what the administration wants doesn't give it the right to suspend the Constitution and act unilaterally.

In it's sad state, this is the stuff the American church stands for today.

From caring for widows and orphans - to laughing while making them suffer. Disgraceful.

Watching Elon go through our government is how I imagine a 5 yr old would go through my budget:

"This power company thing? Sounds fake. We're not paying for that."

"Life insurance? Who charges you to be alive?"

What is this account!? @academic-rates.bsky.social

I'm fine with ratings, but how is the average score greater than the top end of the scale (10)? Is this an anti grade inflation account?

Apparently, in 1982, my dad boxed in the same Olympic qualifying tournament and same weight class as @MikeTyson!

Also, when blindly given policies, voters overwhelmingly preferred Harris's.
November 8, 2024 at 4:21 PM
People who knew the facts, strongly favored Harris.

I'm going to have to think hard about how this could possibly be addressed...
