He/him.
Ha, I did the 'clap' one a bit late and it looked like I was applauding the next person, who was demonstrably wrong! Online meetings are a minefield...

(also, thank you, I was a bit worried I hadn't got my point over, given the deafening silence after!)

Yeah, I don't think the current doctors realised how old the principles that underpin the records system are!

Gold star to the person who made the point that good recordkeeping leads to good archives, which got a little lost in the chat!

And if so, what do we need to do as record keepers? A hell of a lot, in terms of data transfer and operability, of course- but what struck me was how radical the quite commonsense stuff in the meeting actually was.

So does the digital give us a chance to rework this, to ask patients and practitioners what they want, and how it should be managed?

The laws, structures and methods that govern the sector have always come from the administrative organisations governing them, and these usually (tho not always) come from a place of management of cost and risk.

Big Hilly J! Back when he was just 'Mr' as well.

Love the way they decide that the basement is the best place for the archives too.

I watched this last night too, and really liked it. But I really enjoyed not knowing where it was going with the plot, I'm not sure if it would quite stand up on a second viewing. Pigeon man made it for me.

Would watch Ruffalo doing that JFK/Trump performance for an entire afternoon too.

Oh good! We walked past it and it looked very closed a couple of months ago. Great place.

Second bullet point on CV- 'created plan to solve legacy issues'

Third bullet point on CV- 'multiplied legacy issues to an unprecedented magnitiude'

Interesting. We have researchers who've found black people in our records, but they aren't described as such at all in the records themselves (they've been described like that in other documents, like court papers or newspaper reports).
