Oh no! I guess this woodcut art at my mom’s assisted living facility must have fallen on me..

I’ll try to be hopeful but honestly if they don’t increase the amount and variety of fabric they carry to somewhat match what Joann had, it’s not going to be enough to fill the gap.

After being on GLP-1 for a year, the small amount of thanksgiving. dinner I could actually eat was kinda sad. Not worthy of the day. 😂

Well they haven’t put any of it I their stores yet. All they did was put up little cardboard signs over the existing fabric aisles saying Michael’s plus Joann”. I’m hopeful but it doesn’t seem to be happening.

Yes. My stove is behind me when I’m at the sink. I hate it when I turn around to leave the kitchen and see a dirty skillet or pot sitting there. 😡

I like your design

Very nice!!! I made one for my light box too, but repurposed a thrifted quilted pillow sham.

My daughter who lives here has a 2009 Camry with only 24,000 miles and she’s holding onto it till the wheels fall off in some giant pothole. 😂

Let’s talk car hoarding. My 2016 Murano only has 34,000 miles and is in perfect shape. I live in New Orleans and these roads are awful. No way I’m getting a new car till that Murano dies.

This one is diverse, and I’ve never seen a baby Jesus in that pose. 😂

They also sold yarn and things for other crafts like painting. The fact they went bankrupt when so many customers loved them can only be blamed on greed and mismanagement.

It left a huge hole in the crafting community.

Joanne was a really nice mostly-fabric store. A big store with all kinds of fabric, trims, notions, etc. They had quilting cotton, knits, fleece, sequined fabrics, upholstery and home decor fabrics, and more.

Who are you saying bought Joann? I’ve heard nothing about that beyond those stories about it Michael’s taking on their fabric line. But they have made no changes/improvements in their fabric setup.

I’m ok with that but it can’t be only pumpkin pie. It’s awful.
