Hey, running for an hour is no small thing! Great job! I've run 8 halves and one thing I found to help is to occasionally try for a longer/farther run than planned. Going to run for an hour and you're feeling pretty good, tack on an extra 10.

I would love that. Unfortunately, we do not have the infrastructure to host that many games. A handful of CFL stadiums would not cut it for FIFA...

As I have had some similar issues (2 heart attacks and a probable small stroke), I feel for you! All you can do is live for today and try to enjoy what you can. Hope the next years bring you good health!
