Who do you think these laws are generally enforced against? And the Court is going to strike down at least some gun laws. Some of them might as well be dumb ones that are arbitrarily enforced like this one. This law isn't saving lives.

He was only charged as a weed user. See page 5 of their petition. You're otherwise just blindly repeating government assertions.

Your description is wrong. You don't need a conviction. Instead, if the government thinks you use drugs and have a gun, you can be prosecuted.
