The Virginia legislature today passed four constitutional amendments, all by day 3 of 2026 session:
—protect abortion rights
—repeal the same-sex marriage ban
—allow mid-decade redistricting
—greatly expand voting rights restoration.
These will all go to 2026 referendums.

There are too many people on this platform who think that the US is in the same situation and that therefore we don’t need to worry about Iran. It’s so amazingly blind and self-centered. The brave people of Iran are being slaughtered by the thousands. It seems most of us don’t really care.
There are a significant number of people on here with very large platforms who are SILENT as the Islamic Republic opens fire on unarmed civilians. Upwards of 3,000 killed in 72 hours for demanding freedom. Shame on all of you.

Having served in multiple countries run by ruthless dictators, I am accustomed to their tactics for keeping their populations under control. One of them is to employ a legion of fake opposition figures who promote the false narrative that "all parties are the same, so why bother voting?"
