The courts are going to have to throw precedent aside and take radical new action. If the executive branch can usurp the power of both other branches, then the Supreme Court can usurp the power of the executive branch. Hire the fired FBI agents. Call them special detectives. Arrest first felon.

Put a lifelong criminal in charge of things, and this is what happens. He lets criminals out of prison, puts incompetent kiss-asses in charge of the Justice Dept and the FBI, and now he turns on the judges.
Morally upside-down administration. Keep the innocent in prison, let the lawless out. SAD!
