The Horror!

It is ridiculous behaviour. Meanwhile the Greens are becoming more of a threat to Labour as they are currently articulating Labour values & policies better than Labour are. I don't know what the fuck is going on in No 10 but they have to get a grip & fast.

My God, she is awful. What is it with Home Secretaries & the dysfunctional Home Office. Every time she opens her mouth, support for Labour drops further & more Labour voters are alienated & angry with her Reform Lite policy announcements & attitudes.
November 14, 2025 at 8:08 AM
Every time the Home Secretary opens her mouth she undermines support for the Labour government even further.

At least China has invested in renewables & their C02 emissions have finally peaked. Saudi is lobbying hard to keep fossil fuels burning, along with our planet.
November 14, 2025 at 7:20 AM
I can't get too excited or worried either way by the massive amount of will they, won't they speculation about the coming budget. It's all gossip & shit stirring to generate outrage 'n clicks. I'm sick of it to be honest.
November 14, 2025 at 7:19 AM
I am so sick of the lack of action from our leaders who routinely give in to the fossil fuel lobby. Last year was marked by storms, massive floods, huge wildfires so what happens? Co2 continues to rise, governments cave in to the fossil fuel lobbyists & for what? So a few can get richer. Pathetic.

Daft thing to do. Meanwhile Trump is getting into deeper & deeper shit as Epstein closes in on him & his administration. Irony is, Panorama made the right call, Trump was complicit, he did egg on the rioters & has since pardoned them. Can't wait to see what happens next.
November 13, 2025 at 9:47 PM
FFS. The alt.right will use anything they can grab at to both stop the urgent drive to reduce Co2 levels in our atmosphere and attack the LGBTQ+ community at the same time. I'm sick of them. Tossers.

Looks like it
November 13, 2025 at 9:03 PM
McSweeney just needs to be sacked. Stop wasting time & stop testing Labour voters patience. He's dead wood.
November 13, 2025 at 9:02 PM
Just fuck off will you. Trump was guilty, he encouraged the riots & it does not matter how or when UK TV shows edited any footage.

A cap on the price of bikes seems a reasonable thing to do but there are much larger amounts of tax to be collected elsewhere, I wouldn't start with schemes designed to encourage cycling. Maybe someone could look at the likes of Amazon for example? www.theguardian.com/technology/2...
Amazon UK pays corporation tax for first time since 2020
End of ‘super-deduction’ means Amazon UK Services paid £18.7m last year, as British arm raked in sales of £27bn

Bottomed face?!

Autocorrect has a sense of humour, who knew?

Botoxed obvs!
November 12, 2025 at 6:55 PM
I realise it is hard for Leavitt to register any emotion on her bottomed face but even so, there's a flash of panic evident whilst being questioned. I wonder if MAGA are starting to wonder what happens when their cult leader falls?
November 12, 2025 at 6:47 PM
Quelle surprise, Trump is crying out 'fake news' at the top of his voice whilst the UK press is pivoting to discussing Mandelson again. Well, Mandelson is gone & is a sideshow anyhow. Trump is still president & this latest news is damning. Not the first damning news, just the latest.
November 12, 2025 at 6:20 PM
Quite.
November 12, 2025 at 6:16 PM
Given the current news about Trump 'n Epstein I suspect he now has his hands full. As for the BBC, they have apologised but in truth Panorama told the truth as the Congressional inquiry confirmed & Trump pardoning all the rioters underlined.
November 12, 2025 at 6:15 PM
Panic has definitely set in. it's been building for a while, now it feels as if it is finally coming to a head: www.theguardian.com/us-news/live...
White House says ‘unnamed victim’ Trump ‘spent hours’ with was Virginia Giuffre, accusing Democrats of ‘fake narrative’ – live
Spokesperson says Giuffre repeatedly said Trump was not involved in any wrongdoing as she accuses Democrats of trying to ‘smear’ president

As distractions go, it looks as if the whole sorry Epstein & Trump is going to come to a head. The ongoing government shutdown & idiocies like the threats to the BBC are going to look like very small beer, very soon: www.theguardian.com/us-news/2025...
Trump knew about Epstein’s conduct, newly released emails suggest
In messages released by Democrats, Epstein wrote Trump ‘spent hours’ at his house in company of one of his victims

Today's autocorrect amusement comes from the word 'air' being turned into the word 'airier'! Every time I read an article telling us that AI is going to dominate everything I remember just how bad autocorrect now is, and laugh. That AI bubble must be close to bursting, surely.
November 12, 2025 at 9:47 AM
Trump wants another payday & ideally would like the BBC News off the airier under MAGA control as it has a huge audience in the USA.
November 12, 2025 at 9:19 AM
The EU is not the USA. Why should whatever the EU does or does not do to manage social media, for example, in the EU be judged by whatever the US government does within their jurisdiction? Trump is not world king.
November 12, 2025 at 9:09 AM
So many boycotts yet he is never off the BBC, or ITV, or the press generally. The Guardian especially feature him on a daily basis, he even has his own Monday morning blog now, it's quite the spectacle.
November 12, 2025 at 8:52 AM
Same could be said of the press & media, Guardian included, that amplify crises, focus too on sound bites, polemic & abuse.
