What's wild about the US tariffs is that they are not coupled with any industrial policy or public investment strategy that could plausibly deliver US re-industrialization. The result is that the tariffs will likely accelerate US industrial decline and general economic degradation.

I don't understand how some folks are unable to see that the illegal disappearing of people is a class issue. The wealthy and well-connected get due process. The rest of us don't. This is part of the oligarchy, not a distraction from it.

Currency devaluation along with these tariffs is going to hurt, I’m sure the pain is all going to be worth it…..Just wait for it right
