I admit it - the "Shock & Awe" attacks from Orange Idiot and the Musk Minion have taken a toll on me. My resistance batteries are low right now, so if you don't mind, I'm going to have a double Wild Turkey 101, make a pizza, watch some Twitch riffing, and just try to re-find my happy place.

Cooking is SO interesting to me. Using an Instant Pot to make a perfect roast in less than 45 minutes instead of 6 hours. Then using sous vide to cook a perfect chicken breast in 2 hours when it'd usually take 30 minutes. Go figure.
