INDIKA is an interesting concept: a nun with hallucinations that lead her to question her faith, and be ostracized by other nuns in the monastery.

But the controls often don’t work… making it unplayable.

Would love to try this again with patched controls.

Neighbours threatened to burn down his house.

And then they did. Which killed his 3 dogs.

And then a former neighbour killed him.

Statement from Tristan Kern de Gonzales Husband of Jonathan Joss My husband Jonathan Joss and I were involved in a shooting while checking the mail at the site of our former home. That home was burned down after over two years of threats from people in the area who repeatedly told us they would set it on fire. We reported these threats to law enforcement multiple times and nothing was done. Throughout that time we were harassed regularly by individuals who made it clear they did not accept our relationship. Much of the harassment was openly homophobic. When we returned to the site to check our mail we discovered the skull of one of our dogs and its harness placed in clear view. This caused both of us severe emotional distress. We began yelling and crying in response to the pain of what we saw. While we were doing this a man approached us. He started yelling violent homophobic slurs at us. He then raised a gun from his lap and fired. Jonathan and I had no weapons. We were not threatening anyone. We were grieving. We were standing side by side. When the man fired Jonathan pushed me out of the way. He saved my life. Jonathan is my husband. He gave me more love in our time together than most people ever get. We were newlyweds. We picked Valentines Day. We were in the process of looking for a trailer and planning our future. He was murdered by someone who could not stand the sight of two men loving each other. I was with him when he passed. I told him how much he was loved. To everyone who supported him, his fans, his friends, know that he valued you deeply. He saw you as family. My focus now is on protecting Jonathan’s legacy and honoring the life we built together. If your concern is how someone coped with trauma or how loudly they speak when recounting injustice and being ignored by authorities then you never truly cared about my husband. Jonathan saved my life. I will carry that forward. I will protect what he built. (Signed) Tristan Kern de Gonzales

Isn’t the purpose of body-block griefing to alert the killer to a survivors location - so they can be hit/downed?

Wouldn’t it make more sense to drop collision say, 5 seconds before crows?
Dead By Daylight Change Log snippet: Extreme Hiding & Body Blocking Prevention “Extreme Hiding” refers to Survivors drawing out an unwinnable match by ignoring their objective and waiting out the clock. To combat this, we’re changing the way AFK Crows operate, so they can more accurately identify when a player is deliberately avoiding engagement with their gameplay objective. Once a player receives Crows, their location will be immediately revealed to the Killer. We’ll also be incorporating a feature that allows players to lose collision after receiving a third AFK Crow, which should prevent instances of Body-Block related griefing.

Doug and I pray for all the hostages, and we are grateful that some, including Americans, will soon be reunited with their loved ones. In my meetings with the families of American hostages, I vowed they will never be in this fight alone. President Biden and I have no higher priority than the safety of Americans, and are determined that all the American hostages be returned home as part of this deal. We will never forget the lives taken as a result of the brutal Hamas terrorist attack on October 7, and the horrors endured by countless innocent people in the war that followed. In my many conversations with leaders in the region, my unwavering focus has been to end this war such that Israel is secure, the hostages are released, the suffering in Gaza ends, and the Palestinian people can realize their right to dignity, security, freedom, and self-determination. Alternatives work for some folks! That’s great! Disabled people who can make the switch aren’t against changing their behaviour to benefit the environment.

But does taking straws away from the few who have no acceptable alternative beneficial?
Just use blank straws chart - lists metal, paper, glass, silicone, acrylic, pasta/rice, bamboo, biodegradable, and single use straw types and indicates if that straw is incompatible on the basis of allergy risk, choking hazard, injury risk, not positionable, not hot liquid safe, dissolve w/ long use, hard to sanitize, high cost.
