This is a reflection on the due diligence of the council planning system. Handing over the properties to a developer that does not appear to have any presence according to the Echo report and then compounding it by not taking action for between 1 to 2 years after the covenants have been broken

So the takeaway from being trounced by parties with policies diametrically opposed to what you are doing is to ignore the message and accelerate what you are currently doing 🤔

The other big issue with pavements is adult cyclists and anyone using electric scooters….

Just make those area red zones or put double yellow lines but you must also ask why are they parking on the pavement? Is there appropriate car parking available?
