We have a definition. Judging food based only on processing leaves out nutrients, cost, cultural/social, ethics, environmental impact of food choices. Cow milk, minimal processed. Soy milk, ultra processed Soy milk has similar nutrients to cow milk, shown added benefit to lower blood pressure.

Everything is processed to some some degree. Pull carrot out of ground, wash, sort, package, ship, chop ... all forms of processing. Canned tomatoes have more lycopene than fresh. Nutrients in flax seed can't be accessed by our digestion, ground flax (processed) can.

Also implies if you do need pain relief, you are to be sneered at and found lacking for not "sucking it up". Pain should be treated. Pain relief helps a person cope, heal from injury, or have more functionality in day to day activities. Ignoring a child's pain/discomfort? cruel and unnecessary.

From my experience of miscalculated SNAP amount, the next month's benefit will be zero. Or if no longer receiving SNAP, sent a bill. Barely out of crisis (spouse filed SSDI, wafting period w no income) and slapped with $600 bill to the county. Not our fault, county workers error.

KBJ threaded the needle thanks to CA1’s unfinished business.

-if she denied the admin stay, the full SCOTUS woulda stepped in to override her.
-if she immediately referred the case to the full Court, they coulda dragged feet.
-instead she boxed them in to act quickly once she does refer the case.

Also missing needed items to complete the sides and desserts: sugar, brown sugar, eggs, oil, butter, spices, whipping cream/whipped topping, milk, onions, celery . Aldi's meal deal ($40) has a few more of the needed options. Regardless every store will have loss leaders. Everyday food is $$$

My spouse and I receive good health care. Paid for with medicare and MN Care (state sponsored plan created before ACA), the issue is having a for profit system and for profit insurance companies tied to paying for health care. The fix is health care for everyone, not tied to an employer.

Watch him without sound, notice the rate of his eyes blinking? stress, nervousness, processing high amount of info .... or ........ sign of deception.

In other interviews he explains early retirement and disagreements w RFK. Most health issues and diet are complex, things we don't know, social issues. and more. His own words " "Just because something is ultra-processed doesn’t necessarily mean it’s bad for you."
