I like that I am trying to increase my long runs while being careful and staying in zone 2, and Strava is all like "Good run bestie, however a tad bit slow now innit?"

I do a 5km parkrun every week to track my progress now that I am running again. I have gone from a 27 minute time to a 22 minute time in just seven week.
With this I can confidently say that I will break the world record in 14 weeks, and run a negative time in about 30 weeks from now 😤
