mark my words this is how they are going to suppress the care they cannot control (ie out of pocket) because it will place a massive pressure on doctors/surgeons to deny care altogether due to fear of retribution

Montana's Senate Judiciary is hearing a bill that would impose a 25 year statute of limitations on ADULT trans care.
It could result in a ban of all trans care in Montana given that physicians would be uninsurable - normal statute for medical care is 2 years.
