Ok this is my favourite because I always baked them with my Omi.
They are called Vanillekipferl.
50g ground almonds
50g ground hazelnuts
280g plain flour type 00
70g white or golden caster sugar
1 pinch of salt
200g butter (non salted)
2 egg yolks
30g vanilla sugar
1/2 cup of icing sugar
