Bruh do you not understand that MAG is volunteer run? Something like 99% of staff isn't compensated monetarily - only year-round staff is, and I understand it isn't large amounts. You don't understand what being a nonprofit entails and it shows

This is simply not how the tech industry works. Minimum wage jobs aren't a real replacement for jobs that use your degree and industry knowledge. Working at one of the big tech firms is the goal - usually with the understanding you have a terrible time while you're there.
