Natural monopolies exist because once one company lays pipes under your streets, sidewalks, and bridges, nobody else can without turning the city into a war zone. So you’ve got water, pipes, electricity, internet cables the stuff everyone needs and then you’ve got a single company owning it all.

We call people ‘illegal’ while letting corporations break every rule imaginable. the only thing illegal is surviving in a system built for those in control.
First of all, no human is illegal. Secondly, states allow people to get driver’s licenses regardless of immigration status because it makes everyone safer. When this was on the ballot in MA, law enforcement backed it because it was such a clear public safety issue.

The government finally took medical debt off our credit reports and now the Trump administration put it back to the way things were in July 2025. The republicans couldn’t stand the thought of ordinary people catching a breath. Every bit of relief is treated like rebellion.
