First of all, please get some rest and self care (I’ve been saying this to myself too) 🙏🏽 so well said, sadly the effects of this administration are of global repercussions. Not only am I worried about my friends and family at home but what it can bring to my own home in Belgium.

I can’t think of any from the top of my head, aside from Chambelland for gluten free pastries, Stella Atelier but it’s more rolls/pastries, Gaston by Saint Catherine.

These are old ones, but “Hoja en Blanco” from Monchi y Alexandra, “Pégame tu Vicio” by Anthony Santos. Bachata Rosa by Juan Luis Guerra is one of my favorite albums.

As a retired Marine, who actually was mobilized on active duty to be part of task force to deal with a rampant problem of SH & SA just in 2017. It’s wild to me that a man who has a history of violence against women gets to lead a dept that’s still grappling with these problems

I live in Brussels and the struggle is real. The lack of sunshine is hitting me harder this winter. I read somewhere we’ve only had like a dozen of hours of sunshine since November 😩
