A lot of the excitement for iiSU seems like it’s coming from folks who aren’t familiar with emulator frontends. Things like iiSU already exist! You should check out EmulationStation! It just doesn’t have all the (probably unrealistic) social stuff.

iiSU looks really fancy from a visual standpoint, but it just glosses over the biggest questions such as "How do the games work on it?", "Where're all those soundbytes coming from?" or "Don't all these social and store-like features come off like flying straight into the sun?"
