The other night I rehearsed with my old band after 5 years of barely picking up my guitar. Went better than expected. Which is good, as we have a gig lined up and no other rehearsals before that 😅

I'm heartbroken. Just left Caracalla at the vet's and I don't know if I'll get to see him again. He hasn't been a member of our family for so much time, but he became part of us. I pray that he is safe and can come back home soon, but the vet didn't give us much hope.

Once I was in Brunate looking for a fresco, asked a souvenir shop: "That fresco? It's bad. They didn't get a painter, they got a whitewasher to do it. Go see the panorama instead" "But it's foggy as hell, you can't see anything" "It's better anyways, that baby Jesus looks like Bettino Craxi".

Yesterday we sent the online form to enrol our wee lad in the primary school. We did so while crying our eyes out.
We recalled everything that went down in the last 1.5 years, the enrolment process in Germany, the fear of a special school, the feeling of exclusion. 👇

My friends at FC Dal Pozzo, an eighth division fan managed football club of my area, were the best thing to kick the year off. 5-1 win, penalty saved, shot saved on the line, pyros and chants and tifos and fun.
