I kind of miss teenagerhood for one thing. Being mentally unwell was blamed on hormones and normalized and it was relatively easy to find other people like that. When you turn into an adult, it's childish and people are ashamed of it and don't show it.

Sometimes non traumatized people don't care as much as I do. If I stop caring about them maybe things will be easier
