Best of luck. It’s been about 25 years now since I made the switch myself and tried pretty much every distro under the sun. I never looked back, except the occational dual-boot/virtual machine flirt when I need it. But hope you find a workflow that suits your needs.

Never managed to, turns out I'm shit at it. I did make "Hexagoner", but to be honest the only reason I persisted that long was the soundtrack, so good on you.

Most videos from my sampling end up in the ~7-8 Mbit range, but there has been a few outliers: "PILEDRIVER" by Ümlaut Design got 10 Mbit, "Juice" by Psychic Link (an old DOS demo) got 17 Mbit and, so far the winner, has been "Masagin" by Farbrauch and Neuro ended up with 30 Mbit, all at 1080p
