People go on about how great the public transport is in Manchester but that’s def not true around Urmston + south of there. It’s a transport black hole. À train every half hour, train except yesterdays was 15 mins late and today’s has been cancelled. No other real options to get into the centre

Spent a chunk of this afternoon in Manchester Central Library drinking tea and charging my phone. What a stunning building, it was heaving with young people, doing project homework, using computers, chatting and hanging out. Everything à library should be, and stunning building too

The sweet peas are doing well this year. I think 5 of these were loving grown from seed by me with much care and attention and the rest have grown themselves randomly in the front yard with no guidance at all
