again to the VLCFA-interpretation: the group where I 'belong' most appropriately is the 'VLCFA increased-no ABCD1 mutation'-group, but this group has SKYHIGH cholesterol and triclyceride values showing how useful their VLCFA test is..they have in average TEN TIMES (!) higher triglycerides than me..

ALL CONTROLS in that table here have significantly lower C26:0/C22:0 and C24:0/C22:0 quotients than I had, all ppl in the non-ALD high VCLFA group have FAR higher cholesterol and ie TG (fact. 10!). The ALD group has far higher TG and cholesterol than me too, I am totally out of norm wrt all groups.

don't eat canola oil with ALD! It was a big fail! it is high in C24:0 and C26:0 VLCFAs alike.

curiously, I had in march this year over 22.000 streams of my instrumental Hollowland 2 on fb or ig and it earned me exactly--zero. Apparently these short streams on ig/fb are remunerated with ZERO. So nice..
