One of my students just let me know she was watching this "old television show" called "Six Feet Under" and she was wondering if I'd ever heard of it. I guess that means she doesn't think I'm old but also oh my God i'm old.

I wrote a two-page hand-written essay on the sea anemone in fifth grade. I don't remember it being a bad report, but I don't think I got anywhere near capturing this in words.

It’s sad to think there was a day where my dad picked me up and put me on his shoulders for what would be the last time. It was 3 weeks ago and it immediately killed him.

The facts are, the ACA saved millions with pre-existing conditions and set standards for care.
But now, more than a decade later, with what we now know, it’s time to take the insurance companies out of the mix.
