Soon I'll be celebrating 6 years at Buffer. A company that's followed an atypical path. Focusing on profitability instead of raising additional rounds of capital from investors, doing 4-day workweeks for the past 2+ years and recently, we even decided to get rid of all meetings. Ask me anything.

We hit $20M ARR at @buffer again, with just 73 team members! I joined in 2019 when the decade-long growth was slowing. Bouncing back was one of the toughest challenges of my career. What a comeback! Here are some of the things I've learned as part of the Product Team:
