This is also where some of the surplus resources will be coming from later in the year, and there's ample time to decide what to sell, transfer, or repurpose.

Later in the year I will also be shuttering a couple of brands and long-running workflows, which is new to me. I'm used to something flat out failing as opposed to just deciding not to do it anymore. I would love to meet with anybody who has successfully shuttered or sold a company.

I find myself with a surplus of resources, many of which are going under-utilized. I also need to reinvent from the ground up three of my brands/companies between now and Q4 so I'm going to be spending a lot of time learning/relearning SEO, AI agents, marketing, product import rules,

In many ways between caregiving and focusing on family, I HAVE been too busy to pester, but I feel like I have carved out a responsible and meaningful amount of time to focus on entrepreneurship while having it not intrude on my family life.

I am usually available for coffee between 8:20 AM and 11am on weekdays and between 11 AM and 2:30 PM for lunch. The same times apply for remote meetings.
I know a lot of you think I'm too busy to pester, while others have no idea what it is I do, or have a dated idea of what it is I do.
