That seems like something that would be right in Masa‘s interests. Surprised he hasn’t dragged you there. I also need to visit someday.

There will be some leakage while charging, it’s unpleasant, I have the same on an asus metal body laptop. It’s not dangerous, though. If you can find a usb charger with a grounded plug, it might help. Dell seem to make chargers with the grounded schuko plug, if that helps.

Some appliances are allowed to stick around a lot longer than they should in our household if they deign to let me successfully repair them. 😅

Is the pump truly shot, or is there something stuck in it? Did you open the plug after draining so you can see the vanes on the pump? Just asking, prolly you already know and did this.

It is out of warranty and was when I first reported it. But I wasn’t asking for free service, I asked for a repair and it has been either „not our problem“ or „I’ll insult your intelligence and then ignore you“. I’m sure there is some consumer protection that requires repairability, but 🤷🏻♂️.

The factory service guy in Munich promised to send sensor twice since September, has now stopped answering texts and emails. I was being nice in the texts! ☝🏼 (wife doesn’t believe me 🙈). Maybe time to sic Riley on him, though I wouldn’t want my poor little wookums to have to deal with him, either.

It appears that removing all the cladding, removing the sensors and looking at them, then reinstalling the sensors, but not the cladding is the correct start process for this aggravating oven. 🤬

There is a tour of the KTB (Continental Deep Bore) near Windischeschenbach and they have a stylized model of the oblate spheroid there. Neat to see in person.
