Weird. I ordered something and it didn’t arrive. Tracking showed it on the way for the last three weeks. Contacted support and they immediately refunded, but said to send it back if it arrives.
Ordered the exact same thing again, from the same seller and it is in a DHL truck being delivered now. 🤦🏻♂️

Listening to the yearly safety video from a vendor and the narrator is pronouncing Chemikalien as Schemikalien and it's just as annoying this year as it has been the last 20 years that I have had to redo this. (yes, same video, every year. 😑)

Maybe I should have stayed in bed today. Just spent some time doing some layout and wondering why 50mm looks so small on an A4 page before finally realizing the rule I was using to measure '5' was not in cm, rather it was in inches. 🤦♂️

Why is it easier to import an .eps to GIMP than to Inkscape 1.4. this used to just work. 🙄🤬

Trying to get a service appointment booked at BMW so I call the dealer direct, no way, not possible for at least three weeks. 🙄.
Book it from the app at the same dealer… next week Thursday. 😑🤦🏻♂️

What is the shelf life on prepackaged sandwiches? This vending machine has a lot of them in it, but this is a 3-star hotel on the outskirts and I just don’t see it driving the foot traffic to sell that many sandwiches in a reasonable amount of time 🤔 (note to self, do not buy sandwiches here).

The elderly neighbor asked if I could change the lightbulb on her porch.
Replaced it and then she let me know the light in her pantry had burned out as well.
Changed that and then she said the smoke alarm beeps and handed me a rickety ladder to reach it in the gable over the stairs. 🫠

Buddy is a fan of ChatGPT and as we were trying to remember the name of the little grey bird with the yellow strip on its head, he decided to ask it. After several failures to return anything, it returned this as a picture of a goldhähnchen. Further cementing my opinion of LLMs.

Never buy a pellet oven from Hark or ExtraFlame. Their service is so bad. Four year old oven, hasn’t run for the last 18 months because 🤷🏻♂️. Have had the runaround from service for a year. Finally took it apart and fixed it myself. 🤬

We have lights on one side of the living room that reflect on the TV from where I sit. So I’ve set it up so I just say “hey siri, ich will fernseh schauen” and they turn off. It’s driving my wife nuts. Shakes her head, gives me ‘The Look’ and calls me a schaftlhuber. 🤣
