Someone asked how we reclaim the English Flag from the far-right nationalists and my reply was by using it as a symbol of unity. Imagine when we post anything against racism we add a 🏴! Every time we use a 🏳️🌈 we add a 🏴. Every time we use a 🏳️⚧️ we add a 🏴!

Prayers of Stength needed please as tomorrow at 11:45am have an appointment at Mansfield Registrar Office to register Mums death and obtain her Death Certificate! Need strength to cope with the physical pain of going and also the emotional toll of it.

My Mother Patricia Rendell passed away this morning aged 85. She will now be reunited with my Dad Michael Paul Rendell who passed in 2019. Prayers and or positive thoughts for me and rest of family would be appreciated 😭🙏

Prayers Please!! .I know some of you don't like me mentioning my PTSD but really need prayer today !! spent most evening shaking from panic attack. Not going to inflame the situation by saying what caused my Panic Attack just wanted those of you who care to know how rough I am.

Apparently my 84 year old Mother decided some time ago I could not cope with a funeral for her so has decided on Pure Cremation. If that is what she wants then its up to her but for other family members to already know is upsetting. Feel like yet again my PTSD has made me a burden 😭😭

Just Spoke to Mum on phone and she is so depressed which is understandable with all she has been through healthwise this month. Next step is an MRI to find more out about bowel blockage.

#YNWA #LFC This season has been great and is a great reward for all the faithful Liverpool FC supporters!! For those fairly new to the club it must be great to see Liverpool do so well for the last few years. It is also very specail for long term fans who have been here through the lean years.

When your own family turns against you what are you suposed to do? Had a tough day coping with my Mother coming home from Hospital to only be taken back a few hours later, been clashing with sister all day and now she is critising me on Socail Media 😭😭😭🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️

Sometimes I really wish I could scream at the top of my voice and/or cry my heart out but am unable to so either😭 most have hear of the saying 'all cryed out' well that is the case with me. After crying myself to sleep every night for 2 years (late 80's) , I stopped being able to.

So sad to hear of the Passing of ECW legend SABU at the age of 60. I was lucky to see him live back in 1995 at Walthamstow London. My prayers are with his family and friends!! ##ripsabu
