Cooked a new fishy called a "vanna" for brekkie today. Not bad, but having to scrape the scales off the skin before slapping it on the stove is too much work for too little reward.

So here's a fillet of Dory in garlic butter sauce and herbs. Threw in some raw moldy beetroot from the fridge, which wasn't the best idea but, overall, a tasty outcome.
