The results of this latest Pew poll are one reason why, IMO, nobody should be asking public health professionals about “how to restore trust in public health”.
We’re not the ones who caused the distrust. Public health isn’t perfect but mining “distrust” was and is a Republican strategy.

So, Rubio not knowing much about the Trump-Putin plan doesnt mean that the Trump administration did not. Vance certainly seems delighted with the proposal. It means that Rubio is less influential than people think.
