Nathan Gill is no fringe politician.

He was the leader of the Reform Party and before that UKIP in Wales.

A Brexit Party MEP.

A friend and ally of Nigel Farage, who in 2016 called him:

"terrific," and "as honest as the day is long."

This is a MASSIVE story

Did you know there are 250 stations around the coast of Britain? Railwalks.co.uk has mapped the British coastline for the first time, showing where you can walk between railway stations. The map pages are organised by region on: www.railwalks.co.uk/walks/coast with gpx files.

MAESTEG TO TREORCHY: 11 MILES

A wild, mountainous walk, with some real climbing, through forests and moorland, and a narrow path above a sheer drop. The escarpment below is Graig-Fawr, on the edge of Parc Cwm.
I will upload the gpx file to: www.railwalks.co.uk/how-to-help/...

Worth pointing out, too, that Japan - where life expectancy is much higher than in Britain - spends a similar amount overall on healthcare.

The difference is that Japan spends a third more on community care, and double the amount on medical goods and equipment

NEW: Why do we always think crime is rising, even when it isn’t?

This week I looked at one of the big data mysteries. Britain is 2/3 less violent than the 1990s; thefts were higher pre-lockdown

Why, then, doesn’t it feel like it?

No one deserves this, but these communities have experienced floods multiple times in recent years

Many people there are already making do on low incomes.

It is also one of the friendliest and welcoming places in the UK.
