He said he bought 2 hours before lawsuit - even if he held for 30 days, he would be back in profit. XRP has only been sub lawsuit price for 6 out of the last 51 months. His story is bull 💩. He wanted to get rich quick and got rekt instead, but now he’s looking to cast blame for his own stupidity.

Indeed. And 90% just repeat what they’ve heard without trying to understand.

Yeah, don’t hang around them too much now, you might get “CONvinced” to turn into one … ya know … being so impressionable and all.🤷🏽‍♂️

Glad I could help. Please teach someone else (respectfully). Have a good evening.

5/ What a load of bollocks. Go read a book on finance and stop getting your picks from YouTube “analysts” or “experts”.
P.S., I have a list of 105 financial education books I can recommend, though I suspect you won’t take me up on that offer!

4/ I highly doubt someone tied you up and somehow used your arms purchase crypto, but if such is the case, then it’s a criminal matter - call the police! Since you’re talking about lawsuits, presumably that’s not how it played out, so now you want a lawyer to rescue you from your own idiocy. 🤦🏽‍♂️😂🤣

3/ You are only a victim of your choice. The sooner you realize that the sooner you can learn how to move on and/or avoid similar mistakes. Honestly, it’s people of your mental persuasion why the government feels it needs to “protect” us … Because you are too stupid to protect yourself.

2/ From wallets to KYC to accounts to money transfer. You could have stopped at any point. You made a choice to go all the way, then you made a choice to lock in whatever losses you had only on paper. Thats no one else’s fault but your own - no matter what external forces were there.

1/ This is the most hilarious take I’ve heard tonight. 🤣. Also representative of the failures in our society today - no one wants to take accountability for their actions. You were isolated and conned? Cry me a river. It takes at least two dozen steps to buy any crypto.
March 26, 2025 at 3:24 AM
6/ There are several other reasons, which I break down (Barney style) in my article below using actual numbers from a crypto exchange (this was years ago now). If you are so inclined, it’s a good read.

The Market Cap Myth
Market cap is only a perception of value driven by price. Investors determine the price.  Simply put, the price comes first, then market cap is derived after - not the other way around.  So if the mar...

5/ In other words, for an asset like XRP to reach $5T, doesn’t mean anyone needs to put in $5T worth of liquidity. It can achieve that market cap with 1/20th of $5T.
March 26, 2025 at 3:11 AM
4/ But not because I put $5,000 worth of money into XYZ, in fact I only put in 5% of that, and I ended up moving the market cap by 5x. It’s because market cap only accounts for the last asking price multiplied by whatever total supply is floating around.
March 26, 2025 at 3:10 AM
3/ I want 50 shares, but the next person in the order book decides they are selling theirs for $5. If I can afford it, I shell out the $250 to get my 50 shares and move on happily with my business. Now what’s the market cap of XYZ? That’s right, it’s now $5,000.
March 26, 2025 at 3:09 AM
2/ Say you have project XYZ with a total circulating supply of 1000 and the last buy price in the exchange Order Book was $1. This means that the effective market cap is $1,000. ($1 x 1000). Now I come along and I really want a piece of XYZ.
March 26, 2025 at 3:08 AM
1/ Market cap is only a representation of the last agreed upon/traded price multiplied by the total supply (or in crypto, the circulating supply). It’s not a measure of liquidity or the amount of capital injected into an asset.

Here’s a simple example:

That’s unfortunate, but I fail to see any acknowledgement of personal accountability in your statement. You basically bought at the top and panic sold at the bottom, but you blame the SEC and Ripple because you made a dumb decision? You screwed up, own it.
March 26, 2025 at 1:11 AM
I don’t understand why you think market cap is a limiting factor for price potential. It’s not.

I agree. Crypto sunk the Dems last November, but even now they refuse to acknowledge it’s an issue for voters. I saw so many people hook their anchor to that single issue and ignore the other realities - just because it was their “way out”. When money is involved, people become extremely passionate!
March 25, 2025 at 4:05 PM
No. You’re an idiot!
March 24, 2025 at 7:14 PM
I have no interest in persuading anyone to understand nor like or dislike crypto. You wanna take the easy way out - not a problem with me. You wanna make assumptions - also not a problem with me. To each his own brother.

You’re aware how notifications work, yes? Someone comments on a thread you’re in and there’s a magic number that pops up above the bell icon? I mean, if you’re clueless just say so. I’ll gladly explain more.
March 23, 2025 at 11:19 PM
I’d love to ask why but I’m pretty certain I won’t get a cogent response other than the standard “it’s a scam”. But, oh well, here’s to hoping🤞🏽.
