imo the thing to watch is businesses. c3s will keep doing their thing, and yes that will include an admin rate. mutual aid groups will likely just buy food/items and get it out to people. but the businesses that took an influx of donations will have the biggest incentive to just count it as revenue

this is interesting! but some of the claims should be fact checked…the 80% of seeds thing is straight up not accurate. that was based on one interview from 2008 where the interviewee actually claimed that israeli *tomato* seeds *used* to dominate the market but had fallen to 10% of mkt share by 2008
