This wind is no joke. I’ve lived here a long time and I don’t remember the wind being this bad way too many fires starting up. Stay safe out there everyone. The sprints back memories of the Woolsey fire.

I was searching for the right words to honor this man. I think @hawaiidelilah.bsky.social said it perfectly. Rest in peace. My condolences to your family.
A life beautifully and righteously lived in service to humanity. Perhaps the most meaningful and important post-presidency ever. Rest in peace, President Jimmy Carter. You were among the very best of men and the most honorable of presidents.

While they may have taken down the dataset for now, just wanted you all to be aware.
New from 404 Media: Bluesky may have said it won't use user data to train generative AI, but someone else just published a dataset of million Bluesky posts for "machine learning research". Already very popular dataset, your data may be scraped www.404media.co/someone-made...

Hi Bluesky! I'm an #Audhd television writer, former WGA board member, and advocate for entry/early-career workers in #Hollywood, and I just learned that episodes of Chicago Fire that I co-wrote were used to train AI!

I’ve been struggling to focus on creative projects. So yesterday I met with a couple of filmmaking friends who read my Christmas script and had great targeted notes that really helped. It was so lovely to just focus on writing and filmmaking for three hours.

Filmmaking friends, meet Jonah and give him a follow.
Well, I'm here.

Now how do I find fellow actors, writers and producers of Theater and Film and TV? Those who are serious about the craft and their continual development as a creative AND as a human being?

Or at least those who love ice cream.

I will be honest and say that the last couple of weeks have been difficult to concentrate and write. But, a small victory. I sent my latest draft for my Christmas movie off to one of my partners for notes. Anyone else having difficulty focusing?

It has felt like a long time coming, but the documentary I am producing is now in editing. I am so grateful to the seven young stroke survivors who shared their stories.

Also, meet my sweet cat, Harold. He’s exhausted from everything that’s going on in the world. I understand.

I’ve watched this so many times. This is so powerful.
Māori MPs briefly suspended the Aotearoa parliament’s attempts to reinterpret their founding treaty in the most bad ass use of the Haka I’ve ever seen.

I can’t wait to see that platform collapse.
