I noticed that as I'm visiting another state, the posts that I'm seeing are mostly from there. Their election info, etc.
Does Bluesky push posts that are either specifically from your area or like minded to what you've reposted or liked? I'm still trying to figure things out.

Just to be clear, this is a violation of the fundamental ethical principle in clinical trial design called "equipoise."
Equipoise means that no-one is exposed to excess risk just to test the therapy. That's specifically *why* vaccine trials don't use placebo arms.

The two biggest tells that today's Trump press conference was deliberately staged were VP Vance was allowed to speak and verbally attack President Zelenskyy and the Associated Press and Reuters were not allowed to cover the press conference, but Russian State TV was.

I'm struggling to get over what we saw today.
The amount of gaslighting, cruelty, ignorance, abject cowardice, arrogance, indifference to human life, and deceit we saw from Trump and Vance...we saw behavior we associate with enemies of the United States inside the Oval Office.
