They also are usually run by people (usually white men) with übermensch delusion, which does suggest of both design flaws (in the apps) and societal flaws (that these inevitably should be the ones with the clout to make the apps)

I know someone in Maine who had 2 kids both need to be hospitalized with it within a month, and I also know someone in MA who had a bad case of “walking pneumonia.” So I agree that it seems to be big.
I had pneumonia when I lived in NY about 12 years ago and I feel like it was big then too.
