I'm avoiding names but the dude being referenced is currently claiming his job fired him over his problematic comments during a debate. He's now pulling in thousands of dollars ($27,700+) on givesendgo with a lot of racism support and comments on the fundraiser

Yeah, this wasn't the best move on his part. Definitely seems like he was trying to blindly appease the US and Israel. Also as a side note is there any credible evidence from a third party that Iran has or was close to building nuclear weapons?

Maybe diet would be a good topic? Like left leaning = vegan. Especially as someone that focuses on gardening / permaculture.

A3: Access to mental health resources like a therapist or psychiatrist. Acceptance/diagnosis of neurodivergence would have also been useful. Access to other points of view or adults outside of my religious homeschool group could have also helped me destigmatize my mental illness / neurodivergence

A2: Mental health was a heart problem. Poor mental health meant you weren’t right with God. We didn’t believe in “mental health” as a medical issue — therapists and psychiatrists were treated with suspicion. “Biblical counselors” (usually a pastor) were suggested instead.

A2: Mental health was often overlooked. And when it was addressed, a heavy focus was placed on the bible. The bible and faith were the primary sources for help regarding mental health. I received advice that increasing my faith or trust in god would solve my mental health problems.

I'd argue that within right wing circles this was already a popular threat to get seniors and new grads to comply with what the organization supports. My right wing college (PCC) openly stated they could withhold degrees of graduating seniors (even if the degree was completed academicly).

For a Christian college they certainly lacked mercy. And I can say personally that the "no excuses" mentality really caused some extreme anxiety in my life during those years.

Doesn't he have a whole online store selling a variety of objects. Including emergency food supplies. He's not exactly penniless. He's run whole media empires before. You can't tell me hasn't saved (financially) any of that.
