We recently visited Bromley House Library and had a fumble with this 1932 version of Lady Chatterley's Lover, published by Martin Secker.

Shirley Bricout informs us that Lawrence continues to be popular in France as shown by the recent publication of a new translations of Lady Chatterley's Lover (L'Amant de Lady Chatterley)which is printed on Bible paper and bound in full leather with gold gilding.
