When we built our new home we planted an Alphonso mango sapling (Mangifera indica; first pic). 5 months later, the sprout's grown like a champ and we already have several fruit growing.. Wow! 😮 😍 Looking forward to enjoying some wonderful homegrown mangoes in July!

Interesting foggy evening at Clearwater Beach yesterday! The clouds were at sea level and it was very misty. Quite a unique setting for an otherwise sunny and bright FL beach.

#VadaPav, a highly popular Maharashtrian street food dish. Difficult to get right. Home-made tonight with a key ingredient - my mom's lasun chutney - that I brought from India recently, and rest of the magic done by my wife with a bit of assistance from me. Delish! 😋
