You know, I don’t think they’ve ever published a perspective from an actual frontline physician - except maybe during the first wave. Like no one who saw what happened. They’re happily erasing the actual crisis and it’s necessary management from memory.

graduating this year. plenty of people who started with me did not make it. step 1 has a 91% pass rate, and repeat takers have a 70% pass rate. total attempts possible are 4, so about 3% fail just from step one, let alone preclinical exams or clinical evaluations...
